BROKE MY LEG...

In June and am now recovering...its been a long process but Im going to ride again next wednesday!!I excited but a bit nervous..anybody know how to approach it or have any input or advice? Thnx!!..much appreciatted

Haha...thanx guys...and yea I healed that quick because I got surgery(screws put in my leg) to help heal....

I had a horse accident and broke both of my arms, had surgery, and was in PT for 14 mts. It was hard to get back on.

I started with a dead broke horse that I knew I could trust, rode him a few times before getting on my frisky guy.

I had to talk to myself alot, and say it was going to be OK, it was that horse, not all are alike. Now about 5 yrs later, I don't even think about the accident anymore.

But I do have a rule, never ride a horse before seeing someone else ride it first.

Lol meggymoo , d-izzle sounds like me a fast healer, I had my son but c- section on a monday and was out 2 days later on a wensday, didn't ride for a few weeks though.......good luck
