Buying a round pen in GA,NC,SC

I really don`t know where to put this at but sence it has to do with training I will put it here.I intersted in buying a round pen for training my filly next year .So if any one knows of someplace who are trying to sell a round pen ?In NC,SC,GA.Can any one tell me the pros and coins in buying a round pen?
