    Cloud's accomplishments :)

Not really a problem- more of an update :)

Cloud is my now 6 year old pain/belgian cross who came to us through a rescue in August 2012. When we adopted him, he had absolutely no work except for the occasional farrier and vet check =o

Needless to say, we immediately started ground work when we acquired the big fella. He's a fast learner, especially for a 5 year old not used to much human interaction. We progressed quickly and saddled him by the end of August.

Do date we've mainly been concentrating on conditioning and building strength and balance. Lots of bending and circles, trotting in large circles, and of course, trail riding :) Today, we cantered for the first time on BOTH leads when I asked for it! Feeling very accomplished after today- he seeks the bit consistently and always follows my seat, rather than being directed by the bit.

I'm cautiously optimistic about a future career in jumping and/or dressage
