You could have him looked at by a chiropractor.

I need ideas during the canter to help him. I have had him looked at my a Chiropractor.

You can ride him better -- support him with your legs and encourage him to keep his hip to the inside while loping. There's really not a lot that can be said other than drive him forward and support him.

If he's really struggling, I would look at second opinions. Maybe have him injected if he needs it.
