Darling husband

My DH brought home 4 barrels with tire sleeves to hold them down. I have been using my plastic outdoor chairs to move Danny around those. We started that when the weather warmed. I am working on getting him to turn and be softer on a turn. You should have seen him at first. Our turns were quite wide as he didn't understand. However, in about an hour of constant slow walking, he came along real well. I didn't even ask him to look around for extra things. One day this week, I got 150 metal fence posts for my new pasture!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is working 12 hours a day 6 days a week and he is DRAGGING. I am not into fufu stuff. I don't need a dozen roses,... I would rather a hanging plant that lasts all summer. But he always listens to my concerns and look at what I get!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love him.

Welcome to the forum Misty. Hubby sounds like my kind of guy - practical! Unfortunately my wife prefers the roses LOL.

I'm the same way...nothing says love like a wagon load of hay that he sweated over while helping bale for four hours in 90 degree weather to get for "free" for his wife and her horses. Here's to ALL of our wonderful hubbies...including you, Bill!

Mine took care of the horses for me all winter while I was pregnant. Even called me from the barn a few times because someone didn't look 'right'. Didn't want me to come out, just wanted to know what to do. Here's to the last of the good guys out there!

Mine was a gift from heaven who was under my nose for 25 years. We were both in different marriages. I traveled for 11 years and was miserable. He was here and miserable for 14 of his married years. It can happen.
