Equestrian Schools

Hey guys, the 15 year old who rides my gelding is interested in going to a school with an equestrian team and an RN (Nursing) program. She would prefer to be on the west coast of the U.S.

Does anyone know of any schools she could look into, and what might be involved in her getting on a team?
She has the tallent, needs a bit more training, but definitely has huge natural tallent.

Anyway, I would appreicate any help you guys could give me- she will need to start preparing for something like this now I think :)
