What you do with your degree depends on what you take and what you want to do! Nicole took breeding - so she can work with broodmares, stallions, foals, training, management, etc. My program targets race horses (tb, qh, paint, appy, standardbred). I specifically want to work in harness racing and eventually train. There is also a management program and a training program. There are so many directions in the horse world!

That's really neat.
I'm looking into going to Montana State next year to take their Equine Science program... I don't know how good their program is but I've heard good things and the classes look like fun.

In Bozeman? That's where I'm going in the fall =)
They're horse program gives you what you put into it. I've seen some pretty crummy riders in their intermediate equitation courses but a friend of mine had a MSU graduate put 30 days on one of her horses and she did GREAT.

We could be classmates =P

I gotta start LPN training in the spring, but when I am certified I want to give myself a present, and take the online courses with PonyBoy's school (I am a HUGE PonyBoy fan.) Here is a link to the info....
