    maybe, treat her like another horse, flick, correct her and chase her off, let her know that biting isn't welcome.

    When you have her near you, you can always get her use to her head handled, just by the approach retract technique, and just rub all over her head, pick a spot on her head, and keep on it till you see her relax, and than stop, because than she knows that its ok, and that its not hurting her.
