She is completely bombproof both on the ground and under saddle, she lunges w/t/c, Joins Up, trailers/loads, jumps, etc and I can tell that she is losing interest doing the same things all the time...perhaps some games or something? Put in some ground poles (on radius line to the center of the circle) and have her trot through them. Add a small crossrail?
Ground drive her? Try hooking her up to a tarp and have her "haul" it?
Try to get her to chase the tarp.
Teach her to step both front feet up onto a sturdy bucket or stump?
