Ground Work Ideas

With this crazy weather, I haven't been able to do much with my new horse.

At the very minimum, I want to do some ground work with her this weekend, so I'm trying to come up with a list of exercises. So far I have:

Leading her forward
Turning left & right
Backing up
Spending time in cross-ties
Grooming

...what other exercises do you all suggest? She's pretty easy to handle, I've pretty much already done all these exercises with her except turning right.

What do you all do with her horse when the weather is bad? I'm worried that if I dont' work with her at least once per week, that she will unlearn her training and become difficult to manage. She's pretty much an angel now; very submissive and eager to follow.

Teaching her to ground tie.

Do some desensitizing with tarps, bags, balloons, flags and those yoga balls....anything that she is spooky about.

Yielding her hind end and her shoulders.

Stretches to keep her flexible and get her use to touching her all over.

Teaching her to stand with her hoof in a shallow bucket. Never know when you may to to soak a hoof. Don't wait to teach her that when you need to do it!

Make her comfortable with handling her mouth/tongue. Makes the dentist's job easier.

Lots of things y'all can do!
