Have you spoken to your trainer about this? It is a very big problem if your horse only walks and rolls while you're on her back, so I would definitely suggest talking to your trainer.

Whenever your horse stops, paws and acts like thier going to roll, the first thing to do is KEEP THEM FORWARD. No matter what, keep them walking. Walk with a crop, and whenever they stop and sniff the ground, walk and tap her with the crop. This is really dangerous.
