Help with mounting from mounting block

Here is another of my home made videos on using the one rein mounting block method. This technique has helped me a lot over the years, especially lining up a horse for mounting off a log when out trail riding.
I am so fat and lazy I can't even mount from the ground, but Mac is nearly 16 hh. That's my excuse.

Sorry the videos' a bit jiggly. My friend who took it said it looked like "The Blair Witch Project", it was so rough.

Great video!

I was actually having some issues using the mounting block today as my horse wanted to walk forwards or backwards..I will have to try this!!! Very good info..if we have a decent day I will work with Gidget with the mounting block as I usually have to position it.

I just found out today that we haven't had as much rain fall as we have had since 1916 here in Oregon..crazy!
