Question Helpful Horse Books and DVDs

I LOVE to read, especially if its regarding horses! I have a HUGE collection of horse books and I was curious as to what books and training DVDs have been the most helpful to you? Theres alot of books out there that are very vague and just kind of give you the basics, but I would like to know which ones have helped your riding/training the most? I LOVE "Centered Riding" by Sally Swift (RIP)

I just picked up The Horse Lover's Bible by Tasmin Pickeral... Its a really nice hardcover with glossy pages and lots of photos (my favourite type of book! Haha) and its a great book for learning about the basics of caring and managing horses, stables, feed, tack, common diseases and conformational faults ect. Its great for someone just getting into the world of horses. But theres not much on training and riding.. so I'm looking for a good book on that.

Personally, I love the book "the gift" by barbra schulte...its not exactly about horses but more like an inspirational book and life lessons sort of.it teaches you to have the right attitude with horses...to have patience and look for the positive in everything.i guess that's what you could say about it.i liked it a lot and I suggest reading it. Besides that...barbra schultie is an amazing rider and she is an awesome person.i went to a clinic she had and she was really good. Anyhow...i suggest her book and dvds.
