hobbles/ground tieing

I want to start ground tieing with a single leg hobble. We usually use a highline when horse camping but thought the ground tieing looked like a good alternative when there is no place to run a line or in places where picket lines aren't allowed. I got the hobble and a couple of horse ground tie stakes, Now what? Our girls are already pretty good about anything around their legs but is there anything else I should do to prepare them?

I tried hobbles on Jemma when she was 2 years old. I did no preparation except picking the legs with lead rope. All I can say she figured out how to move QUICKLY with hobbles on 2nd session already. It was really funny to watch, but she followed me with no problem around the round pen.
