Horse out of shape - can I still take her to the clinic?

My horses are on vacation since mid Dec (because of the weather). I think I'll resume riding sometime in March 20th (if the weather will cooperate). So the problem is I signed up for the obstacle clinic in mid of April. Per instructor it's mostly walk and on ground (no trotting or cantering), but it's the whole day. So will 2 weeks be enough to bring Jemma back in shape? Will it be too hard on her? They are 24/7 out but as I said no riding or ground work/lunging.

If it is light work you will be fine.
