How much can an 11hh fine pony take?

I was going to ride a ladys daughters 11hh pony who is 4 years old and start lightly working the pony so the daughter can come off the lead rein. Im 16 years old, im 5ft tall and i weight about 6 and a half stone (91 lbs) and i was wondering if this would be too heavy for the pony. Im going to ask the lady when she sees me if she thinks im suitable obviously, but just thought id ask on here too!
(Sorry if this is the wrong place to put this, i wasnt too sure )
Thanks to everyone beforehand!

I never weighed 91 lbs in my life, lol, and I grew up on a similarly sized pony. We jumped 3'6".

Sounds like fun!!

Light work this year, then increase it some next year, and hard work when the pony is a 6yo, and the bones are set.
Focus on obedience with ground training. You can be creative and loose lunge/lunge with cues for all gaits and cues for collected, working, and extended gaits, as well. You can also, if you are bored, teach the pony to longline and to ride in hand on the ground. Ponies usually are undertrained so ALL of this is worth doing. =D
