I know what I want to do with him on the ground, but while riding I guess I need ideas on an exercise program. Like how many minutes of trotting and cantering especially. I have a couple ideas on exercises to do with him, but I definitely need to get his endurance up! And how long to keep it up, when to change it, etc. With my other horse, who I lost on V-day, I never really focused on this much because he kept himself in pretty good shape and all I did with him was trail ride, but I want to jump and do dressage with my warmblood so he needs to be in tip-top shape. This is one area where I want to gain more experience in...exercising for performance. So any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
