I'm really sorry things didn't work out for you and this guy. I may get seriously flamed for this, but after reading all the trouble you're having it's quite obvious this is more horse than you can handle. This young guy needs someone more experienced to lay down the bricks in his foundation.

Please don't take this as a slight towards you, it's not, sometimes the match just isn't meant to be. I'm sure you will find yourself a nice quiet older horse who will be more suited to you and your personality.

well keep your head up its probably best for both of you....if it makes you feel any better i was in the same situation 3 years ago with an unbroke 4 yearold tb mare who had some issues... the ferrier eventually pulled me aside and said if i dont sell her someone is going to be seriously hurt and he was right...fastforward a year and i found a wonderful 8 year old paint gelding who is now my life and is the perfect match i can do anything with him he has built my confidence 100% i hope you find your perfect match your true soul mate so to speak so dont look at this as a negitive experience just a learning experience!Good Luck!!

I agree, he's too much horse for me. I would definately prefer a more experienced, better trained horse.

So, your solution to this, just from reading the title of this topic, is to punch the horse in the face?

wow. because that's going to do a lot. (that was a sarcastic remark people)
