Just a hunter question...

I was watching a video on hunter jumper horses for sale. The horse in the video had a low head carriage. How to do achieve that but not have the horse on the front end. Too me it just looked like the horse was on his front end more. Just curious...Thanks.

Some horses have a lower natural head carriage than others.
The head should be the least of your worries. What you want to work on is getting your horse working from behind, which you seem to know, and raising the shoulders basically. The head will normally fall in to whatever position is right for the horse.
