Ive layed my horse down twice just to 1) see if he trusted me enough to do it. 2) I was going to try to teach him to do it on command. My friend and I were trying to get her horse to do it while my horse was around and well my horse caught on to the idea of how my friends horse got left alone after throwing a fit. :/ I'm actually not sure how to reapproach that with my horse either.

My friend who trains horses every summer will throw a horse down if it gets to bucking or rearing in a crazed fit that can't be reasoned with. She says it does the trick most of the time.
