    He has no problem with with going barefoot so I wasn't really worried about that.i have looked the smb up and i'm getting ready to order them tonight don't have time now just don't know what color yet.any suggestions. He is a blue roan.

    Ok, well I have a horse that can only trail ride and he is bare foot!!! These: http://www.cavallo-inc.com/horseboots.html are the BEST. Seriously, they are awesome and totally perfect fro the barefoot trail riding horse!!!

    Going with polos is not an option if you are going to be going thru water. Pro's choice are nice but again not sure that those would be the best option. For trails I would get open front jumper boots or splint boots.

    What kind of terrain are you expecting to go over?

    M2G- Prof. Choice are multi purpose. That's what we ALL use around here including the trainers. We do trail riding weekly and this what helps all our horses from injury. They really are great boots for the barefoot horse or any horse for that matter.

    I'm sure there are others. These are the ones I've had great success with!
