    Yeah, I really appreciate your adivce. But now that we can ride him, I probably won't be lunging him much. I will every now and then, but I'll be doing more riding.

    Sure :) And just an added blurb about your collection/on the bit question... doing the lunging exercises will help him with that as well so you don't have as much work under saddle.

    I still lunge my horse now and then for a tune up, its also good to be able to see what the horse looks like.
