    YEAH!!!!!
I new you could do it....
I did the exact same thing....
It was as if Tiny was testing me to see if I was really good enough to be his leader in the new home...hehehe...
It only took one or two incidents and I was like...okay - no way am I going to let you do this again...
I did whatever I had to to get that job done so that he new I meant business...
No I did not beat him up or anything like that...in fact quite the opposite...
If he wanted to run when I wanted him to walk I just let him act like an idiot until he got tired of doing the stuidness and then when he figured out that is not what I wanted and tried something else I rewarded him...with love...hehehe...
I have a double edged sword here...His feet are in a process of growing to a better shape/foot etc and so he hurts sometimes, but his disrespectful rearing had to go away.....and right away,....
We are now almost done with the forwards backwards left and right movements....
Once I can do these things confidently with out to much tadoo...then I know he is really respecting me and my space on the ground...
Today I will let him have an easy day...
He does the walk around the water thing ...so he got lunginged through a huge puddle yesterday....lol....I was only asking for a walk but he wanted to trot.....eventually he figured out it was easier to walk then to trot...
Your persistence and consistency has surey helped you to get those results...
Remember that horses have relapes....LOL...they forget sometimes and revert back to the reacting side of their brain...I think we do too...lol
    I am excited for you....
