New here and in need of help!

    Hi everyone,
I wanted to introduce myself as I am new to this forum and I am thrilled to find many great posts and information.
What I do not see is a sub-forum for employment opportunities or desired employment.
    My situation is this.....
We have a new horse ranch in the Caribbean and just lost our trainer due to an unexpected family crisis and he had to leave abruptly back home.
Our horses (we have a total of 16) had just been started, some refreshed and others getting used to having a halter on, while 2 are still completely green and another 6 of them are around 5 months old.
We are desperately looking for someone who has experience in natural horsemanship training to pick up/ start all over again our horses, someone who would love to live in the Caribbean.
Our plans are to offer private riding lessons, adventure trips/ trail rides, natural horsemanship clinics and eventually start up a therapeutic riding program. This has all come to a stop. The gentleman who was working our horses, shared in the same ideas we have, wanted to be a part of it and saw the potential of this business, in our specific location. We really have a golden opportunity here and still want it to manifest into a successful venture.
We have everything we need except a trainer! We even have clients that have started up and want to continue their lessons and rides. But, again we are at a very slow pace at this point, and are even stuck in this rut.
If anyone out there has the exeperience and the drive to be a part of our dream, here in the Caribbean, please send me a PM.
We have a small cottage with utilities, meals will be provided and wireless internet.
Possible partnership will be considered as well for the right person.
Thanks and I hope someone takes us up on this!
