    New training exercise's?

Hey everyone, I have a 11 year old Tennessee walking horse mare, and I am going to be moving her to a new stable soon (a better one!), and was wanting some new excerise's I could do with her (: She's a very sweet mare, rode her for the first time in 8 months, and she didnt buck, rear, or anything! I was just wanting to know what kind of things I could desensitize her too, or train her on. I want to make sure she's a good girl at the new stable, and for her better being, and mine, being more ground trained.

She currently loads and backs out
Doesnt ever act up when riding (other than wanting to go fast at first)
    Stands for bathing
Picks her feet up when asked
Doesnt mind being touched anywhere, except her ears (we're working on that)
Walks along with you and doesnt try to run you over, or pull ahead
    Doesnt nip/bite
Has no problem wth being fly sprayed, or working with hooves
Doesnt have a problem with dogs/cats
Very good around children and tolerates alot
    Doesnt mind blankets, boots
When riding, responds to light touches
Stops dead when you say woah
Is being taut how to park out.

And me and her have a really close bond. After not seeing her for 8months or so, I started dreaming about her, xD And right when we saw eachother I knew she remembered me. And whenever im on her she'll reach her head around and nuzzle my foot. Anything ya'll can think of to teach her/train her to do, will be greatly appriciated! Was thinking of teaching her to bow, but i'll have to look up alot of info on that to learn how to teach her correctly myself, don't want a confused owner trying to teach a confused horse!

Had to add a picture of her (; And sorry the post is so long everyone!
