Typical for a western pleasure horse, this horse doesn't have much impulsion and goes around heavy on the forehand and in a false frame.As far as soundness goes I don't see much wrong with the horse. I think it's hard for a horse to move that slow and keep a good cadence if it's not collected pretty well.
I would say that the OP is quite brave to post a video of (presumably) herself and her horse on a anonymous forum and ask anonymous people to give opinions of the horse.
