He is 7. Hasn't been touched since the track . (he was pulled off at age 3) . I got him about a month ago and now he W/T/C , Turn on the forehand, turns on the hindquarters, stops all in a snaffle bit with me on him. Oh an we jumped over a 2' cross rail for fun once . He set up PERFECTLY for the jump . Sailed over it and everything. So my question is Jumping or just for trails? He has a great conformation. Only problems with him are , he on our fence posts, he likes to give 'love nips' if you put your arm or something in the way . Any ways to fix this ? Also, how should I introduce him to the trail?

I will be starting him on jumping in a few months and I want opinions on how i should start him? I have started and finished jumping horses but want some opinions.
Thanks (:)
