pushy destroyer!

I have a mare who is pushy pushy pushy on stall doors and gates...she respects the electric fence but when it comes to the gate, even with an electric wire run across it, all she does is push her chest on it and paw at it, bending and destroying and knocking them down....it usually only happens when its getting close to coming in or when there is a horse missing from the herd (not turned out bc its owner is riding it or whatever). She'll also bend her knees and put them through the slats in the gate and push down, crushing them that way. If she's inside, she does this to the stall door. She has been reprimanded in every way to no avail. I don't know what to do! I can't keep buying gates and its only a matter of time until she hurts herself. Advice pls!
