I'm not sure that Mojo knows his name, but when he sees me coming to the field, he always neighs and comes walking over to me. So endearing...and so great when it's muddy at the gate.

I think for Jubilee its more the sound of my voice that she knows and remembers, not necessarily her name. I call her sweetie and babygirl and she still looks over at me and sometimes comes over.

Well all my horses know their names, but only Evie and Fox come when they are called, Magic literally walks the other way.... so not kidding, he's a snot.

unless of course it's breakfast or dinner time, then I just say "Come on now" and they all trot in from the back pasture and walk into the appropriate stalls and beg to be fed.

My dogs come when I say "dinner you pigs".... poor animals are probably confused

my dog comes very well to "oi dog" if im having name toubles which happens often! =]
you can say anything to my horse and they'll look at you , if you call there name they'll come slowly if you rattle a bowl they will come flying but you have to watch out somethimes there brakes can be a bit dodgy! =P
