    I bet you get a good workout from every time you ride, too....

    Do you spend a lot of time with her outside, I mean taking nice rides in the cou try and do you maybe have a companion with you?
    That speeds them up usually, and when you do little training on the trail, they get pretty good though, too.

    I even work collection or sidepassing and lots more on the trail, it keeps them motivated. Maybe that helps your girl to get peped up?!

    To make her stoft, use ask, click , smack. Ask her to go forward, then tell her to go forward and them "smack" make her go forward.

    Thanks, I have worked with that - theroy all my life But its like her heide is to thick, cause when I ask I squeeze and allow with my elbows, if she doesn't listen kick and say get up, and the one I have been using/ getting up to is: kick and a crop on her bum. She moves abit but nothing much!!
