Question She needs some manners

Needing some suggestions on how to get my mare to get out of my space when walking or standing. Also she doesn't stand well at the post, she will just not stand still at all.

When a horse continually walks into me I just carry a hoof pick and when it comes into me I will hold the point against the hoses shoulder so that it feels the point. Lesson learned - you walk into me and it is uncomfortable.

As for not standing when tied. Tie to something very secure like a tree. Tie high and let it stew until it is standing quietly.

My horse walks into my elbow. If she is in your space, you are allowing her to be.

Thank you good points I just need to be more confident and let her know that being on top of me is not acceptable.
