So this is what I use on her now and I don't have a problem with it. It did take me awhile to get used to as I had always used a snaffle before, but once I got used to it I love it!

So I would like to keep her in that until I move her to snaffle, but just to toss this in too :) what the difference between a bitless like this

Or a sidepull?? Or even this thing that I found that looks a tad scary to me??

What I have her in now I love so I think I'll talk to him about keeping her in it until she's ready to move on :)

Do not use that training bosal set. I cannot stand contraptions like that and they can really ruin a horse. Wait, why are you transitioning her from a bosal to a snaffle?

I'd never use something like that on her-it just LOOKS mean. She was started in a bosal and had never had a bit in her mouth. Depending on which direction I decide take her (she's always been a trail horse but right now we are moving back to square one) I might switch her over a bit, but I haven't decided yet.

So I did speak the trainer and we decided to keep her in the bosal for now-since we are both so happy with it. Then once I figure out which direction to go with we will switch her over to a snaffle if needed.
