So fabulous already!
Ok, so most of you know the story behind Cinder and I meeting and her level of training... My adopting her two months ago and her having barely any training at nine years old. So, I won't do a pre-today story.
So today, I felt spunky and wanted to try something different with Miss Cinder. I just started riding her this week and only trotted on her on Thursday. I decided to see how she would do on trails and decided to ride out with my trainer and his boyfriend. SHE DID SO WELL!!!!! Even with the other two horses around her and the fallen trees and mud and steep hill. There was no bucking or rearing. She of course did tried to take off a little but responded to me asking her to slow down. By the middle to end of the ride, my reigns were loose and just hanging there. Even when the St. Bernard and Great Pyrenees came running up to the fence, she didn't spook. One of the other horses got a bit excite but Cinder just looked at the dogs and was like "Whatever". We even rode on the road a little bit.
I'm so excited! Great job Miss Cinder!!!
