Stacy Westfall......

......I have her Basic Groundwork DVD and I love it! I ordered (just a few minutes ago) her 15 foot lead, Halter and Stick and String. I may not NEED these things, but I was in the mood to order and I'm excited about getting and using them so we'll see! Any opinions?

She is a nice rider and has a good delivery as she teaches.

I think you will enjoy her material.

I saw her do a demo at the PA horse expo, about 2 yrs ago..she was showing how to use the clover leaf pattern with cones. I really liked her ...I also have the Weaver leather video of trail safety that she did and found it very nicely done as well. I havent really viewed any other of her videos but I do remember her infamous reining bridle less/bareback ride to Live like you were Tim McGraw...that was awesome!

I think her bridleless reining routine was awesome but I wonder how many other horses that are winning at that level could do the same thing? I'm not trying to take anything away from her it's just something I wonder.

I like Stacey's methods, I've seen some of her bridleless demos, and how to start teaching a horse; I think you'll like her.

That's a lot to pay for a $15 halter and a stick and string.

I got the stick and string for $14.99 locally.... I must admit, I love it, wouldn't try training without it... but not enough to pay $39.99 for it.

Yeah the stuff was a little pricey upon further consideration . Oh well I have it now, so I'm going to use it!

We're all guilty of impulse shopping... and your horse got new goodies! Let me know how you like the halter, I am looking around for a new one. :)
