    I would use a rope halter with a good strong rope leadrope, and tie her to the most solid thing at the barn. Don't tie it to long or else if she does pull back she can really hurt herself. But I prefer to just le a horse battle a huge rail that's doesnt budge and finally figuring out its not moving so they just have to stand, rather then watch my horse gallop through the barn wrecking things and possibly hurting someone, OR running away, on its way to the highway.
