training a horse to lay down

With the whole EI thing going on I have become quite bored and am rarley riding.
I am going to try to teach my horse to bow, and I was thinking about teaching him to lay down.
Anyone know how to teach them to lay?

I've had the same problem with the EI and i've also been thinking about teaching my horses to do some tricks.
