I have gotten my horse to bow and lay down before, but she isn't trained to do it on command. I would also like to teach my horse tricks, but I recommend if you teach her to rear on command, know what your doing, as it can become dangerous.

I was given this book as a gift a few years ago and I've used it myself. Rearing isn't one of the tricks in here, but the methods are really good and they actually work. I had my horse doing alot of these. I'd highly recommend it.

Oh, bowing and laying down both are in here, as well as saying yes, no, having your horse hug you (that was my favorite one ) and other such tricks.
