update on my horse

I got a new trainer and we worked on her head and her right lead during our first lesson. We got absolutely nothing besides a cranky, bucking horse. She was really worried about my horse. She thought that there might be a health issue. Second lesson rolls around, and she fixes up my position a little bit. Turns out I was too much on the forehand, making my horse carry me on her shoulders. So my horse starts to relax and so my trainer wants us to pop over a few x's just so she can see how she jumps. We jump over this x that's across the diagonal. She cantered after it and low and behold, she was cantering on her right lead. We did it like a bajillion times and she kept on picking up her right lead. Now my trainer is no longer worried about her and thinks she's just got to get some balance.

These were taken friday night. Sorry about the quality, my mom sucks at taking pictures. But yeah, you get the idea of what she looks like.

This is what she USED to look like
