Question What is Pessoa training?

Hey out there, I have a question. A friend of mine bought a horse and was told that the mare had some pessona training in the past. And we have no idea what pessona training is.

What can be said, about feeling free? The rush of the wind, the beating of your heart and the sound of pounding hooves echoing in your heart and soul. Leaving the world behind with it's worries and ties, just your horse and you.

I'm not for sure but I think its a system that helps build topline, and other muscles for jumping
A fellow mod posted something on them awhile back here is the link- setting up the pessoa...for those who were curious :)

It's a training aid, like Vidaloco said it helps build topline and encourages the horse to engage his entire body.
