    Thumbs down Whip-Numb?

The pony I ride will not respond to the whip at all! (I only whip when I need to).
Does anyone know anything to make him respond to my leg or whip?

He's ignoring you. That is a training issue. Work with an instructor.

I agree with pal, he is ignoring you. You will need to "wake him up" to get with him, and I again agree w pal - it would be best to have an instructor guide you through that effort.
