Duke and I first time competing at a western show

We decided we wouldnt run barrels this time but instead did a down and back or arena race.. whichever on you call it.. tell me what you think plz and you can critique if you like.. =]

You guys seemed to do pretty well; looked in control and he was moving out nicely. The only thing that I could see was that he was on his wrong lead (the right) for which direction you were going. He switched it about half-way around the barrel, though. Good job

thank you for pointing that out! although i knew something felt off going down to the barrel.. lol.. but it was our first or my first time ever being in an arena running with him. but man what a rush! i loved it! and duke enjoyed it as well!
