Having fun in the Arena

Thought would share this with you all. Even though I have only had Azale for 3 weeks as you all know the Arab breed can be very loyal. And she definitely is. Loves to follow me around and play in the arena with no lead attached. Even had a small spurt of energy and did something never done before which I thought was kinda funny. Does anyone else play with their horses like this?

I play with Cinny too, but he doesn't quite "get it" yet. My first arab loved to play tag with me, my friend's arab used to get behind her and pull her pants down...go figure. I guess it all depends on the horse.

I do that with fury but she has a super short attention span so I HAVE to keep it interesting or she will wander off haha

Oh I know how that is. Azale had to go run and play on her own a little bit first before doing any of this. But once she does then I could do it all day with her. I have the trouble of keeping her away from me.

Haha ya I have to be careful with fury she's a bit pushy since she's been pretty much unhandled for a year an a half till I got her here in april

I attempt to do that with Flash, but I think he'd rather just play by himself.. lol.

I tried again with Cinny yesterday, it was really humid so I stayed in the indoor as nobody else was there. All he wanted to do was stare at himself in the mirror :( I'd get him moving but it would only be to move to the next mirror to stare again....he's so conceited!!

Zeus will sometimes be all about playing like this and other times he'll just ignore me.
It's fun when they decide to cooperate!
