LOL, when I saw the video, that's what I assume it was for. Then everyone said it was for swallowing their tongues and I was like "really??? Why do ONLY racehorses do it???"

It's right up there with putting a spoon in someones mouth when they have a seizure so they don't swallow their tongue.. Lol you can't swallow your tongue
