Yesterday we put my mom's tb to sleep . . . He's been very sick for quite some time, in the middle of the night tonight my boarder is shipping out to oklahoma, after that my gelding is going to be ALONE. What I need is a sound lrg pony/horse that I can turn out with Eggo (he likes to run around and play and buddy groom, he's a mess when he's alone) and ride like 1-3 times a week. I don't care what gender, I don't care what color, its just gotta be sound and sane. We have close to 8 acres of turnout, this lrg pony/horse will be turned out on it with Eggo, im a hunter/jumper rider, but if its broken western it doesn't matter. I'm used to both, i've shown in both. Our farm backs up to woods, with plenty of trails and a small creek. Large stalls that open up to a padock (that we used for wet days, so our pastures stay nice) that padock opens up to our 8 acres of pasture. The pasture is segmented into 3 parts for pasture rotation. A small course is set up in the one lower pasture (where I ride Eggo when he's not on the trail) theres apple trees in all of the pastures, my farm used to be a orchard, lots of shade.
