***HAFLINGERS and others for sale..Canada

Rare opportunity to purchase registered Haflingers on the prairies,

Fancy,
12 year old 14.2 hh beautiful and well bred mare. Fancy is broken to ride both in English and Western tack, but her real forte is driving, she has been driven single, double and as part of a 6 hitch. Fancy is offered to a driving home as I believe that she will be far happier as a driving pony. Fancy does need an experienced handler; she is a little nervous and needs to take her confidence from her owner. She is offered at $2750 which reflects her quality of breeding, and the fact she a is a great and proven broodmare, as well as a good using horse. She is bred back to Alto for a 2012 foal

Alto
, a Silver classified stallion, great movement and temperament, happy to hand or pasture breed, Was started under saddle many years ago, I have ridden him and I believe it would not take much work to get him going again. I have worked him in the round pen and have quietly ridden him as well. Alto is 14.2 hh, and 17 years young. $2000

Elena
, a little charmer, only 13.2hh and 5 years old, she produced a stunning colt to Alto last year, nothing upsets this little girl, well handled, been saddled and worked with, ready to break your way. She has been round penned, lunged and long lined, and is used to wearing a saddle. She is ready to start her riding training, $1500, she is bred back to Alto for a 2012 foal.

Destiny
, 14.2 hh and BUILT, this is one sturdy mare, She has had plenty of ground work done, and will be ready to start when she has finished her maternal duties, only 6 years old, this girl has a bright future. She is showing great promise in the round pen, and working on long lines, she makes a great shape, and she will be ready for saddle breaking later in the year. She has proved to be an excellent dam, as a maiden I have been truly impressed with her, she is offered for sale at $1750 open for 2012

Wombat
, Colt foal by Alto out of Destiny, born 29th April 2011, this is a stunning little colt with a great friendly attitude. $650

Alfie
, yearling, out of Elena, by Alto, nice thick set little gelding, looks like a nice driving prospect, full of character, a nice boy, $900

Prince
, by Alto out of Fancy, yearling, this is one AWESOME little gelding, great conformation and movement, going to be tall and modern looking. $900

All prices are somewhat negotiable, and discounts will certainly be available for any multiple purchases.

Wish I needed (or could afford) more critters GH, I'd take a handful of Haffies. Good luck finding them the right homes!

You read the small print eh? While the last three aren't officially for sale, IF the right offer was made I would have to consider it. I want to start enjoying less horses more, at the moment I'm always feeling that I should be working someone other than the one I chose, also to be honest Ace colicking scared me, I want a nest egg put aside for Ace and Angel, and who ever else stays, so I can look after them as they should be.

A couple of weeks back, she's fine, we were lucky and saw it early, got the vet right out, and she did really well, but it was a scary day.
