He is blind in his right eye. He has been since he was 1 year old and has has won all of his titles without the use of that eye. I've also ridden him extensively on trails here in the Rocky Mountains and its never seemed to bother him in any way.
He is a very dominant, alpha horse who has to be in front of the herd, if there is one. Since I generally ride with larger groups, he wears me out trying to keep him in the pack.
By himself, I can put my 4 year old grandson on him in the pasture and he's as gentle as any horse I've seen, but in a group he is so driven he is a handful for even the most accomplished rider.
He needs to be with someone who wants to put him back in the show ring where he can do what he does best and then just ridden on trails with one or two other horses from time to time. But if you're looking to win in the TWH show ring, this horse has been there, done that.
You can see him move by going to YouTube and entering "Highway Patrol".
He is located here in Utah but I have transportation arranged to get him to Shelbyville, TN within the next 2-3 weeks for only $500.
I'm asking a very firm $3500 for this amazing horse. PM me if you have any interest.
Thanks for reading this far.
