At the barn where I board and take lessons there is a 4 year old paint mare for sale. The owner asked me to post an ad on her here in hopes to find a buyer.
She's a registered paint mare named Zoey (I do not at this time know her registered name). She is GREEN. Walk/trot. She has had someone canter on her before but she doesn't fully understand everything. She does need alot of work.
She's a black and white paint by the way
She has a great personality. She loves to be pampered and made pretty.
She's quite in a stall, crosstie's fine. Lunges both on a line and free. Goes western or english, but at the moment she is mostly worked in western.
I believe she's around 14.1-14.2 hands...skinny build.
She is in Mechanicville, New York.
I will add pictures later due to I can't find them at the moment. If anyone is interested let me know. I'll try to answer any questions you have on her...but if you would like to contact the owner send me a private message and I'll give you her number
I'd say she's around 14 hands...so she definately is a pony.
On Sunday when I came to bring her into the stables...I called for her, and immediately she pulled her head up from the hay and walked over to the gate.
In her pedigree I don't think she has any really good horses....I've never heard of any of them...but then again I'm not familiar with too many horses.
She definately has the attitude for a lesson pony with more training...she loves people!
she's the lowest on the pecking order so it's hard to make sure she gets all the hay...we've tried putting her in a seperate pasture, but all she did was trot around and call up to the field with all the horses.
Yeah I tried to look up her pedigree, but it didn't come up either....they don't have all the pedigrees on there...I've looked up 3 and they didn't have them.
