52 TB's. All papered. Yearlings, two, three and broodmares, many in foal. Colts are gelded. Most of the broodmares are broke to ride. Owner will give them one week. If not gone they will go to the kill next Saturday. They're located in Burnsville, MN. I could help with transport if anyone is able to give one a home. Contact me if your able to help. THEY ARE FREE. Please crosspost this. I am NOT associated with the owner, I am just trying to help him place these horses due to the death of his father.

I hate hearing "there going to kill" tactics as much as everyone else...but the father recently passed and the son wants them gone, so in this case it is true. Just trying to see if we can find a couple homes. Thanks for reading.

my email is justanothertrainer@yahoo.com

This is old. All of the horses have been re-homed and none went to slaughter. The whole thing started in January, and I even heard that the owner disconnected his phone number because people kept calling. I don't know why the ad is stillll going around, but it's in every forum and I'm kind of trying to get rid of it. People just keep posting it...

The people who post it do so because they want to help the horses, and they don't look into whether or not it's solid info before they plaster it all over the internet. I got a lot of messages back several months ago when it was actually going on, and then recently I started getting FB messages from people and even a woman here at work mentioned it to me. It's resurfacing... oh no! lol

Oh I forgot to mention - I believe this is ORIGINALLY from Ohio. I've been told Kentucky, Florida, and Tennessee so far.

You can add Texas to that list, I have been contacted by a couple of people asking if I could help re-home them, one of which was as recent as last week.

Copied and pasted the following FB status from my mate in Warragul, Victoria, AUSTRALIA!!!!

Most brood mares broken in and some in foal /weaning, 2-3 years old, most gelding, free to good home, please contact chett Wallace before Saturday ********. Please re-post if you know horsey lovers

a friend send this to me.so just sharing it

Damn, with shipping expenses to get a horse Down Under being upwards of $10,000 a horse they are really going above and beyond to find these horses a home...

ETA: I edited the number in case some poor sucker starts getting unexpected phone calls.

Yep has been all over facebook in Western Australia the last week or so. Funny how the word that these horses "need help" spreads like mad, but the word that they needed help 6 months ago and received it then just doesn't seem to spread at all.

Me either! I had people callig me like 3 weeks ago bc they read it on facebook & thought I might want some! I was like they were all adopted in February! Lol. It is good people are trying to help tho. It did start in Barnsville, but I've heard it from just about everywhere too.
