Barrel Horse World
Please let me know if posting a link to another site is not allowed. I will start a new thread with the same information and pictures if so.
Here's a picture of her:
As the ad states, I have used Dandy for trail riding, working cattle, and etc. Her gaits are super smooth. I have a bad back, and riding her is like riding a cloud. She has absolutely awesome conformation, and would probably throw out some great foals. She was previously used as a barrel horse by a woman that didn't know how to ride, and she still got 2D times. She did have videos of her barrel racing, but for the life of me I cannot find them on the internet. I do not have any videos of myself barrel racing, as I don't barrel race.
Dandy is fairly shy at first, but after getting acquainted, she's a total love bug. We don't want to sell her as a young child/beginner's horse due to her speed. If you ask for full throttle, she'll give it to you! She loves, loves, LOVES to run! Her ability to bend and make tight turns makes her a good barrel horse, and would probably make her a good cutting horse as well.
We were going to breed her since I don't get a lot of time to ride, but my mother got cancer a year and a half ago, and I'm going to grad school so I'm 3 hours away. Raising and handling a foal is just not possible for my Mom or I right now, and I really hate to see Dandy wasted. Dandy is completely sound, and is on pasture right now. She keeps herself in very good shape when not being ridden as, like I said before, she loves to run. We're selling her as a barrel horse, as that's what she loves to do, but she's not limited to just barrel racing.

We're located in Iowa. Please use the information listed in the ad to contact my mother if you're interested. I can try to answer questions on here, but finals week begins next week, so I'm super busy right now, and can't guarantee a response in good time.
