Jazz was broke as a 4 year old and had been a good riding horse up until about 2008 when she was sold to a timid lady who let her become pushy and spoiled. We aquired her last fall as a project, but my husband is deploying next month and I will be lucky to play with our other two non projects, she go she must.
Like I said she can be pushy and she learned to toss her head to scare her previous owner (which I have pretty much ironed out). I have gotten her to the point of not crow hopping anymore when I get on her and ask her to move off where she doesn't want to go. . So far her issues seem to just be that she was allowed to take advantage. She has been pretty easy to "knock down a notch" and has never offered to up the anty when I got on her about something. She is a fairly laid back mare, but she does have some go to her. I think she would make a pretty good little 4-her horse with sometime put into her and a child that isn't timid.
She stands about 15.2 and was 1100lbs at last taping. And I know her original owner and her previous owner and can get any and all history on this horse. I recently had her teeth done, and her feet look alot better than they did when we brought her home.
I am just looking to get her purchase price back at $400.
